Please bring your own supplies: sign, mask, hand sanitizer, clipboards, pens, Voter registration forms. You must also be vaccinated and be COVID safe during the event. The voter registration is non-partisan. When you arrive to VDR, please go to the Hospitality desk and ask for the table!

Rules for tabling at Wheatsville: Tabling/Petition Expectations:
- When you arrive to table, please check in at the Hospitality Desk.
- Unless there are mobility issues, please park across the street at Guadalupe and in the west end of the parking lot at S.Lamar.
- Please express a friendly, kind and professional attitude toward everyone.in order to maintain consistent customer service, please:
- Do not block shoppers from entering/exiting the store
- Allow shoppers to pass by you without engaging
- Do not gossip or discuss inappropriate subjects.
- No eating, drinking, chewing gum or smoking.
- No cell phone calls while tabling or petitions
